Terms of use
Proposed package prices in CAD before tax, subject to proposal. Configuration illustrations. Specifications, warranties, licences and responsibilities established in the signed scope.
01 / What you are reading
These terms cover the use of this website and the scope of the prices shown on it. They do not replace the scope document you will sign: where the two differ, the signed scope prevails.
02 / The prices shown
The prices shown here are proposed package prices, in Canadian dollars, before tax. They are an indicative budget, not an offer: they bind neither you nor us until a written proposal has been accepted. The final price depends on the selected specifications, on supplier availability for the equipment and on the condition of the installation site.
03 / The configurator
The configurator assembles a total from your answers. It applies recommendation rules, not engineering sizing. Installation options presented as an allowance are provisional amounts: the final figure is established after a site visit.
04 / The cost comparison
The comparison uses the amounts you enter and assumptions you can change. The result is an illustration, never a promise of savings: it moves with your assumptions and accounts for neither taxes, nor financing, nor future hardware replacement. It is not financial, accounting or tax advice.
05 / The monthly split
Where the purchase price is shown spread across a period, that is a plain division, offered for comparison. It is not a financing offer, not a lease and not credit: it includes no interest, no taxes and no fees, and no lender is involved. Monthly care, if selected, is a separate charge.
06 / What the signed scope settles
Specifications, the boundaries of the work, the applicable warranties and who holds them, licences, responsibilities, payment terms and the schedule are all established in the signed scope. The acceptance criteria for every configured use case are attached to it in writing.
07 / Capacity and performance
The capacities discussed — people active at the same time, model sizes, document volumes — are targets to be validated by testing on your own tasks. This site guarantees no capacity, no speed and no availability. No 24/7 on-call service is included.
08 / Illustrations and visuals
Images, diagrams and configuration previews illustrate the type of equipment proposed. They are not engineering drawings, not installation plans and not photographs of your system. Exact equipment references are named in the proposal.
09 / Third-party marks and outbound links
Product and manufacturer names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. Naming them describes the equipment proposed and implies no endorsement on their part. Links to provider pages are there as a price reference; we control neither their content nor their pricing.
10 / Site content
The text, visuals and interface elements of this site belong to MACHINE LOCALE. Content may change without notice. An obvious display error — a price, a specification or a calculation — does not bind us; we correct it as soon as we notice it, and we tell you if it affects a proposal already in progress.
11 / Who we are
MACHINE LOCALE is the trade name under which this service is offered in Greater Montréal. To reach us: bonjour@enclave.quebec.
12 / Governing law
These terms are addressed to organizations and are governed by the law applicable in Québec. Any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal. If one provision is held unenforceable, the others remain in force.
13 / Changes to these terms
These terms may change; the version that applies is the one published on this page at the time of your visit. A change to this page does not alter a scope document already signed. Last updated: September 5, 2026.
