The processing stays with you.
Your documents are indexed and processed on the equipment installed at your site, on your network. The use cases configured in the scope run without sending your documents outside. Any outbound connection — a cloud service, email, a provider’s API, SSO identity, remote monitoring or remote support — is named in the scope before installation, and you can remove it.
Law 25 requires a privacy impact assessment before personal information is communicated outside Québec. When the processing stays on equipment you own, on your own network, that communication is not part of the configuration described here.
We hand you the technical description of the processing, the access paths and the logging, for your records. We are not your legal advisers: assessing your organization’s compliance remains yours to do.
One distinction matters: everything above describes the system we install at your site. This website itself is hosted externally — on Vercel, with email delivered by Resend, both United States providers. That is exactly why this site asks for nothing beyond your contact details and whatever you choose to write to us: no business data has to travel through it. The details are in our privacy policy.

A use case is a configured standard task template with acceptance criteria. Electrical work, network renovation, custom development and paid third-party licences are outside the package unless added to the scope. Manufacturer warranties specified in the proposal.

- The acceptance criteria for every configured use case are agreed in writing before installation.
- They are verified with you at commissioning and recorded in the handover documentation.
- If an agreed criterion is not met, we correct the configuration at no additional charge during the 30 days of stabilization, within the agreed scope. Work outside that scope — electrical, network, custom development, third-party licences — is quoted separately.
- The hardware belongs to you. The applicable manufacturer warranties, and who holds them, are named in the proposal, before you commit.
- The complete scope — deliverables, warranties and responsibilities — is handed to you before you commit, not after.
These commitments describe how we work and are carried into the signed scope. They replace neither the manufacturer’s warranties nor the terms of that scope, and they are neither a satisfaction guarantee nor a money-back guarantee.

Four Mac mini remain four separate 64GB nodes. The proposed RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition cards have 96GB each and do not support NVLink. Liquid cooling selects an eight-GPU OEM architecture. Model distribution and actual capacity require validation through benchmarks.

How many people can use the system?
That depends on models, document size and simultaneous requests. Packages describe equipment and services; production capacity is confirmed through testing.
Where does my data go?
On your machine, on your premises, on your network. Your documents are indexed and processed there. The use cases configured in the scope run without sending your documents outside. Any outbound connection — a cloud service, email, a provider’s API, SSO identity, remote monitoring or remote support — is named in the scope before installation, and you can remove it. A local system still has to be administered, backed up and secured: that is what the training, the documentation and the optional care cover.
What exactly does the displayed price include?
Equipment, the stated standard use cases, one installation at a prepared Greater Montréal site, initial training, documentation and 30 days of stabilization. Options and care appear separately. The signed scope defines final deliverables and price.
When do I get my proposal, and when is it installed?
After a first conversation, we validate your use cases, your room and your network, then we hand you a written proposal. It sets out the selected specifications, the fixed price, the acceptance criteria for each use case, the applicable warranties and who holds them, the payment terms and the proposed installation date. That date is confirmed in the proposal, not before: it depends on supplier availability for the equipment and on how ready your room is. Nothing is committed until you sign.
What if the system does not do what was planned?
The acceptance criteria for every use case are agreed in writing before installation, then verified with you at commissioning. If an agreed criterion is not met, we correct the configuration at no additional charge during the 30 days of stabilization, within the agreed scope. Work outside that scope — electrical, network, custom development, third-party licences — is quoted separately. The hardware belongs to you, and the applicable manufacturer warranties, with who holds them, are named in the proposal before you commit. What we do not offer: no availability guarantee, no 24/7 on-call service, and no satisfaction or money-back guarantee.
Can I finance the purchase?
The system is sold, not leased. Equipment financing through your own financial institution or a leasing company is possible: we provide the pro forma invoice and the specifications your lender needs. We are neither a lender nor a broker, we take no commission, and we have no arrangement with any financing company. The monthly figure shown in the configurator is simply the purchase price spread across the selected period, for illustration: it includes no interest, taxes or fees, and it is not a financing offer.
Is a care plan required?
No. Full autonomy is included. Your team operates the system after stabilization, or you can choose monthly care.
Do you install outside Montréal?
Yes, depending on the project. Travel, shipping and installation outside Greater Montréal are quoted separately before you commit.
