Privacy policy
One distinction first: this policy is about this website. The system we install at your site processes your documents on your own equipment, on your own network — that is explained further down. This website, for its part, asks only for your contact details and whatever you choose to write to us. No banner, no advertising cookie, no cross-site tracking.
01 / What this site does on your device
The configurator, the cost comparison and the model-class selector run entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never sent to us automatically, and we see them only if you send us your request. Two things are kept on your device, in local storage: your language choice, under the name machinelocale-language, and your current configuration, under the name machinelocale-configuration. That second entry holds the options you selected and the cost-comparison figures, so your configuration is still there on your next visit; it is also what the link you can copy contains. It holds no name, no contact details and no message text. You can clear both by clearing this site’s data in your browser; the site keeps working.
02 / What we receive
We receive only what you send us yourself, through the request form or the email draft: your name, your organization, your email address, your phone number if you give one, your city, your expected timeline, where the system would be installed, who else takes part in the decision, your message if you write one, and the configuration and cost scenario shown on your screen when you send it. If you do not complete the form, we receive nothing.
03 / Why we use it
To answer your request and prepare a proposal. Your information is not sold, not traded and not used for a newsletter without your consent. We make no automated decisions about you and we build no advertising profile.
04 / How your request travels
Your request reaches us by email. This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., and the form is handled by a serverless function at the same provider; the email itself is delivered by Resend (Resend Labs, Inc.). Both are United States companies, and the request may be processed outside Québec. The host keeps standard technical connection logs, including your IP address, for security and diagnostics. We keep no copy of your request on this site. If you would rather not use that path, write to us directly at bonjour@enclave.quebec.
05 / How long we keep it
Your request stays in our mailbox for as long as it takes to handle your file, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your request at any time at bonjour@enclave.quebec; we delete it and confirm that we have.
06 / Your rights
You can ask for access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to bonjour@enclave.quebec and tell us what you need; we answer and confirm what was done. If you wrote to us by mistake or change your mind, just say so: we delete the exchange.
07 / Person responsible for the protection of personal information
Requests about your personal information are received and handled at bonjour@enclave.quebec. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, the supervisory authority for the protection of personal information in Québec. Naming it here implies no approval on its part.
08 / The framework this policy refers to
This policy describes our handling of personal information within the meaning of the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25 (CQLR, c. P-39.1). It describes what we do; it is not legal advice, it attests to no certification, and it does not replace your own assessment.
09 / Cookies and audience measurement
This site sets no advertising cookie and shows no consent banner, because it has nothing to ask you on that front. The only thing kept on your device is your language choice. If audience measurement is switched on, it is provided by Vercel Web Analytics: the measurement is aggregate, cookie-free and carries no identifier specific to you. You can block it with the tool of your choice without losing the use of the site.
10 / Last updated
This policy was last updated on September 5, 2026. Any change is published on this page. If a change affects how we handle a request we have already received, we tell you by email.
